Order processing

Please allow one business day to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your tracking number and that your order is on the way! Orders placed over the weekend or on statutory holidays will not leave for delivery until the next business day.

Orders can be picked up daily. See our Kimberley and Fernie store hours posted on our main page. An email and/or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping rates

Orders are generally shipped within one business day via Canada Post. Expedited shipping is 1-2 days for local and 2 - 4 days for regional. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery information

Canada Post will deliver to your home. You must be 19 years or older with two pieces of ID, one of which must either be issued by a government agency or include your name, birth date, and picture. The second must include your name, signature, and/or picture imprint. If no one is home, Canada Post will leave a delivery card for you to pick up at their nearest depot. The recipient can be anyone at that address who is 19 years or older and can present two valid forms of ID as stated

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Products that qualify for return are either defective, recalled or shipped in error. If the product was shipped in error, the product must remain unopened with the federal seal intact to return. Please contact us at 778-481-5420 or email us at within 24 hours of receiving your order and have your order number ready. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any incurred return shipping fees. Please allow several business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at your earliest convenience with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards an agreeable solution.

Shipping restrictions

Canada Post cannot deliver vaporizers containing lithium-ion batteries and butane to some BC postal codes that require air freight. Due to health and safety restrictions, customers within these postal codes cannot order vaporizers (and other products containing lithium-ion batteries or butane).
