Products that qualify for return are either defective, recalled or shipped in error. If the product was shipped in error, the product must remain unopened with the federal seal intact to return. Please contact us at 778-481-5420 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order and have your order number ready. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any incurred return shipping fees.
Please allow several business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at your earliest convenience with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
